Hello, I’ve found it great training in your group sessions. I’ve been going to the gym for about 25 years on and off, but it’s been awesome to have a structured program to go through, rather than making something up on the fly. I’ve seen promising gains from the training. It’s also been helpful to have someone keeping an eye on my form as well. I’ve been a little scared of deadlifts after an injury about 11 years ago, and I’m doing them confidently for the first time since then.
